       IN RE:  SB95  by Moncrief (Relating to studies and strategic
               plans concerning the delivery of long-term care,
               community services, and certain health services.), As

*  No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.        *

*  The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal      *
*  basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of    *
*  the bill.                                                             *
*                                                                        *
*  The bill would require studies and strategic plans for the delivery   *
*  of long-term care, community services and other health services.      *
*  The bill would also direct the Texas Rehabilitation Commission to     *
*  form a work group on brain injury rehabilitation services which       *
*  would include representatives of the developers and providers of      *
*  brain injury rehabilitation facilities and consumers of brain         *
*  injury services. Reimbursement for travel and other expenses of       *
*  the work group would require authority in the General                 *
*  Appropriations Act.                                                   *
