* The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal *
* basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of *
* the bill. *

It is assumed that the staff, equipment and funding (both General-Revenue
Dedicated Account 8018 and federal funds) for both direct program
expenses and indirect administrative expenses associated with licensing
home health agencies will transfer from the Department of Health to the
Department of Human Services.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
