It is assumed that the * * department can accomplish this within existing resources. * ************************************************************************** Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated, although persons acquiring an automated external defibrillator would be required to notify the local emergency medical services provider of the existence, location, and type of automated external defibrillator.
