Local Government Impact
  
The bill would create County Court at Law No. 4 in Fort Bend County
effective September 1, 1999.

The annual operating cost of the new court would be $298,344. Fort Bend
County would have a one-time capital cost of $20,000.

Information on the capital and operating costs of the court was provided
