Local Government Impact
  
The bill would create County Court at Law No. 5 in Collin County
effective September 1, 1999. The annual operating cost of the court would
be $614,372, and the court would generate $302,793 annually. Collin
County would have a one-time capital cost of $530,731.

Information on the capital and operating costs of the court and estimates
on court revenue generation were provided by the Collin County Auditor's
