Local Government Impact
Assuming municipalities would comply with the reimbursement requirements,
no fiscal impact to municipalities associated with the delinquent sum
penalties of the bill is anticipated. The cost resulting from delinquent
sum penalties to a municipality which would not comply with
reimbursement requirements would depend on the amount of reimbursable
expenses and the length of delinquency.
