       IN RE:  SB413  by Madla (Relating to the regulation of the
               practice of marriage and family therapy), As Introduced

*  No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.        *
*                                                                        *
*  According to the Department of Health,  the bill would strengthen     *
*  the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) Associate             *
*  designation currently defined under the department by providing for   *
*  additional statutory language without creating a new category for     *
*  the licensee.                                                         *
*                                                                        *
*  No new fees would be established nor revenue generated as a result    *
*  of the amendments to the LMFT Act.   Any costs associated with        *
*  these provisions are anticipated to be absorbed with the agency       *
*  resources.                                                            *
