* basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of *
* the bill. *

It is estimated that the new university center fees would generate
approximately $288,000 in Fiscal Year 2000 and $576,000 in Fiscal Year
2001. These fees are auxilary in nature and do not affect the state
supported educational and general operations of the university.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
