Local Government Impact
  
* The bill would create County Court at Law No. 3 in Williamson County
effective September 1, 1999.

* The annual operating cost would be $264,373.

* The court would annually generate $292,126 in local revenue.

* Information on the capital and operating costs of the court, and
estimates on court revenue generation were provided by the Williamson
