Because the legislation could enhance the state's ability to enforce tax
laws, it could have a positive impact on tax revenues.  Neither the
Office of the Comptroller or the Office of the Attorney General
contemplate any additional administrative costs as a result of the
passage of this bill.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
