* No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. *

* The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal *

* the bill. *

This bill would allow students at accredited, private high schools to
concurrently enroll at public, community colleges on the same basis as
students at public high schools. This would generate contact hour
funding for the community colleges, but the number of students expected
to participate is less than 100 which equates to only 20 full time
student equivalents. The amount of additional general revenue ($48,000)
generated by these contact hours does not represent a significant
impact to the state.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
