This bill authorizes an increase in student fees for the Texas Union
Building.  It is estimated that the student union fee increase would
generate approximately $200,625 in Fiscal Year 2000 and $660,540 in
Fiscal Year 2001 and subsequent fiscal years.  These fees are auxiliary
in nature and do not affect the state supported educational and general
operations of the university.
