Local Government Impact
  
In most counties, no significant fiscal implication is anticipated, since
additional administrative duties associated with plat reviews in
priority groundwater management areas would be absorbed using existing
county staff and resources. However, if a county would receive an
unusually high number of plats filed for approval, the additional
workload could require additional administrative staff and resources.
