"Buster" (Relating to water conservation measures required in a county during a declared drought disaster.), As Introduced ************************************************************************** * No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. * ************************************************************************** Local Government Impact The bill would require counties to develop and adopt local water conservation plans. The Comptroller of Public Accounts estimates the fiscal impact statewide for counties is $116,000 for fiscal year 2000. There would be no fiscal implications after fiscal year 2000, since water plans must be adopted before December 31, 1999.
