E. "Buster" (Relating to the authority of the Parks and Wildlife Department to establish a limited entry license management program.), As Engrossed ************************************************************************** * No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. * ************************************************************************** The bill would create the Finfish License Management Program to promote efficiency and economic stability in the commercial finfish industry. The bill would also create the Saltwater Fisheries License Management Programs for individual fisheries that would be authorized to promote efficiency and economic stability in the saltwater commercial fisheries industries. In addition, conditions for license revocation and suspension and a voluntary license buyback program are established. The bill would set up a Finfish License Management Review Board, a Saltwater Fisheries License Management Review Board and a fishery advisory committee to advise the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission.
