"Buster" (Relating to the authority of the Parks and Wildlife Department to establish a limited entry license management program.), Committee Report 2nd House, as amended ************************************************************************** * No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. * ************************************************************************** The bill would create the Finfish License Management Program to promote efficiency and economic stability in the commercial finfish industry. The bill would set up a Finfish License Management Review Board to advise the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission. In addition, the bill establishes conditions for license revocation and suspension and a voluntary license buyback program.
