"Buster" (Relating to the control of aflatoxin.), As Engrossed ************************************************************************** * No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. * ************************************************************************** According to revised information from the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station (TAES), the bill would not require additional inspectors in the Feed and Fertilizer Control Service. The currently employed inspectors would incorporate the additional duties established by the bill into their existing program. The funds obtained from the assessed tonnage and license fee (estimated by the TAES to be $95,000) would cover the analytical assays for the aflatoxin and the additional travel costs incurred by the inspectors.
