Local Government Impact
  
The bill could result in a reduction in revenue to a joint board of an
airport, if the constituent municipalities would agree to transfer a
portion of the board's revenue.  This would result in a corresponding
increase in revenue to the municipality to which the revenue would be
transferred.  The amount of revenue transferred would depend on the
terms agreed to by the constituent agencies of a joint board of an
airport as authorized by the bill.
