Local Government Impact
  
A county and a municipality choosing to jointly establish a recreational
or cultural facility would incur costs associated with the acquisition
and maintenance of the facility, personnel costs and other operating
costs. Each entity's share in the cost would depend on terms agreed upon
by the county and municipality.
