According to the Department of Health, the bill would result in small
gains to the General Revenue Fund, ($44,860 in year one to $18,751 in
2004). Workload for implementing the provisions of the bill would be
absorbed within existing resources.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
