               State Cemetery), As Introduced

The bill would dedicate a portion (44.07 acres of 75.688) of a property
owned by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to be used as
part of the state cemetery.  Fifty acres of the property was previously
dedicated for use by the state cemetery under the provisions of SB 21,
74th Legislature, Regular Session.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
