*  The bill would amend provisions that could result in potential        *
*  savings, for certain Veterans' Land Board revenue bond issues, of     *
*  about $2 million over the 30 year life of each bond issue;            *
*  however, no significant fiscal implication to the State is            *
*  anticipated in the 2000-01 biennium.                                  *
