Local Government Impact
  
The bill would create County Court at Law, number 11 in Dallas County
effective September 1, 1999.  The annual operating cost of the court
would be $741,014.  Dallas County would have a one-time capital cost of
$46,145.  The court would annually generate $1,149,774 in local revenue.

Information on the capital and operating costs of the court, and
estimates on court revenue generation were provided by the Dallas County
