TECHNOLOGY IMPACT

The Legislative Budget Board (LBB) assumes the bill will require
programming costs for the LBB to design and implement a database to
process the open records reports.  The LBB estimates the costs to be
$40,250 in the first year and $20,000 each year thereafter.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
