This bill would require community/junior colleges to report student
enrollment status to the Coordinating Board. Much of the information
required by the bill is already being reported to the Coordinating
Board, but some data collection modifications would be necessary at both
the Coordinating Board and at some individual colleges. The costs
associated with these modifications are not expected to be significant.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
