Local Government Impact
  
The bill would create the County Court at Law of Brown County effective
January 1, 2001, or at an earlier date as determined by order of the
Commissioners Court.  Brown County would have a one-time capital cost
estimated to be $10,000.  Annual operating costs for the court is
estimated to be $147,100.  The court is estimated to generate $150,000
annually in local revenue.
