Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 1999, the House
Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing
and was called to order by the Chair, Representative David
Swinford at 8:05 am.

The chair laid out HB 690.
The chair recognized Representative Wohlgemuth to explain the
measure.
Representative Hupp offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

The Chair recognized Representative Wohlgemuth to close on the
measure.
Representative Hardcastle moved that HB 690, as substituted,
be reported favorably to the full house with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion
prevailed by the following vote:

Betty; Christian; Crownover; Green; Hardcastle;
Hupp; Jones, Charles (9).

The chair laid out HB 426.

the measure.
Representative Swinford offered an amendment to the measure.
