         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 20,  
         1999, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the Chair,  
         Representative David Swinford at 12:50 pm.

         Representative Brown, Betty moved that SB 1901 be reported  
         favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do  
         pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and  
         Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following  
         vote:
