Representative Pitts moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Add Electronic Examinations rider (Pitts #1) and Capital Budget rider (Pitts #2). Without objection, the motion was adopted. Finance Commission Representative Gutierriz moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Add UB Authority rider (Gutierrez #1). Without objection, the motion was adopted. Department of Banking Representative Gutierriz moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Add regulatory Response Rider (Gutierrez #1) as revised and an increase in FTE cap. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Office of Consumer Credit Commission Representative Gutierrez moved the adoption of LBB recommendations with technical changes to the bill pattern. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Savings and Loan Department Representative Gutierrez moved the adoption of LBB recommendations with modification of Regulatory Response rider # 3(b)(3) of the bill pattern. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners Representative Pitts moved the adoption on LBB recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Research and Oversight Council on Workers' Compensation Representative Gutierrez moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Public Insurance Council Representative Pitts moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted. At 9:50 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until the adjournment of the House. Texas Racing Commission Representative Pitts moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Contingency rider to increase FTEs left pending. Texas Cosmetology Commission Representative Pitts moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Add Travel Limitation rider (Pitts #1) and School Inspections rider (Pitts #2.) Out of State Travel rider (Gallego #1) and Travel Procedure rider (Gallego #2) pending, per drafting by LBBs. Without objection, the motion was adopted.
