Representative Pitts moved the adoption of LBB recommendations with the exception of the contingency rider proposed by West. Adjust FTE cap to 90. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Public Utilities Commission Representative Pitts moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted.
