Representative Luna moved the adoption of LBB recommendations with the addition of Job Corps Services to the base bill. Add the following technical changes to the bill pattern: Rider 9, Rider 34, Exempt Position and Salary Change. Add Capital Budget rider (Luna #1), section (b) to Social Security Act Funds rider (Luna #2), Sale of Buildings rider (Luna #3), State Regulatory Responses for Proprietary Schools contingency rider (Luna #4). Add Child Care Resource and Referral rider (Tillery #1). Add Welfare to Work Grant rider (Luna #6) and Training Our Teachers Program (Luna #7). Reimbursement to the Unemployment Compensation Benefit Account Representative Luna moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Incentive and Productivity Commission Representative Heflin moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Aircraft Pooling Board Representative Tillery moved the adoption of LBB recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted.
