Representative Puente moved the adoption of LBB recommendations with a technical change to the bill pattern authorizing UB authority. Without objection, the motion was adopted. Debt Service Payments for Non Self-Supporting GO Water Bonds Representative Puente moved the adoption of LBB recommendations with a technical method of finance change to the bill pattern.
