         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on General Government met in a  
         work group and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Talmadge Heflin at 11:50 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Flores (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 12:00 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until  
         1:05 pm. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 1:20 pm and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Heflin.  The roll was answered as  
         follows:

                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Tillery (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         On the motion of Representative Flores and without objection,  
         LBB was moved.

         LBB was moved.

         On the motion of Representative Luna and without objection,  
         LBB was moved. 
          
         Office of State and Federal Relations 
         On the motion of Representative Puente and without objection,  
  
         LBB was moved 
          
         Incentive and Productivity Commission 
          
         On the motion of Representative Flores and without objection,  
         LBB was moved. 
          
         At 2:04 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
