         session and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Henry Cuellar at 5:12 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Mowery (5). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Subcommittee discussed pending budget items. 
          
         At 7:50 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
