         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative  
         Jim Pitts at 5:40 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Gutierrez; McReynolds (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.
