         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Pitts, at 10:15 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Gutierrez; Moreno, Paul (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 12:38 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
