         Compensation Insurance Fund Surplus, met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Dukes, at 10:21  
         a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Dukes; George; Ritter; Siebert (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Giddings (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The chair moved that the subcommittee adopt the 76th  
         Legislature's House Rules for this and future hearings.  The  
         motion passed without objection.
