         on Business & Industry, Subcommittee on Healthcare Technology,  
         met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative George, at 10:15 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives George; Corte; Ritter; Woolley (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Dukes (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Committee toured the Baylor Research Institute. 
          
         Invited testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 11:30 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
