         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 15,  
         1999, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Barry  
         Telford at 11:25 am.

         The Chair recognized Rep. Sadler who moved to reconsider the  
         vote by which HB 32 was placed on the General Calendar for  
         March 16, 1999.  The motion prevailed by the following record  
         vote:

                        McCall; Sadler; Siebert; Thompson; Turner,  
                        Sylvester (8). 
          
         Nays:          None (0).

         The Chair recognized Rep. Sadler who moved to set HB 32 on the  
         General Calendar for March 17, 1999 and to correct the minutes  
         of March 11, 1999.  The motion prevailed by the following  
         record vote:

                        McCall; Sadler; Siebert; Thompson; Turner,  
                        Sylvester (8). 
          
         Nays:          None (0).

         At 11:27 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
