         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 24,  
         1999, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Barry  
         Telford at 12:14 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         The Chair recognized Representative Sadler who moved to set

         965, HB 1244.  The motion was seconded by Representative  
         Siebert.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

                        Sylvester (8).
