         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 27,  
         1999, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Barry  
         Telford at 4:33 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Hilbert; Cuellar; Sadler; Turner,  
                   Sylvester (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Chair recognized Representative Siebert who moved to set  
         the following list of bills for the Resolutions Calendar for  
         Saturday, May 29, 1999:  HCR106, HCR120, HCR248, HCR249,  
         HR942, SCR79.  The motion prevailed by the following record  
         vote: 
          
         Ayes:          Representatives Telford; Brimer; Danburg;  
                        Dutton; McCall; Siebert; Thompson (7). 
          
         Nays:          None (0). 
          
         Present not Voting:      None (0). 
          
         Absent:        Representatives Hilbert; Cuellar; Sadler;  
                        Turner, Sylvester (4). 
          
         At 4:34 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
