         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 10, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Constitutional Revision, Select met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative  
         Joe Driver at 1:10 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Driver; Puente; Allen; Lewis, Glenn;  
                   Solomons (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Bailey; Dutton; Mowery; Tillery (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         (Representative Tillery now present.)   
          
         Representative Junell explained the proposed constitution to  
         the committee. 
          
         (Representative Bailey now present.)   
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 2:45 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
