         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 31, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Constitutional Revision, Select met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative  
         Joe Driver at 1:40 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Driver; Allen; Mowery; Tillery (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Puente; Bailey; Dutton; Lewis,  
                   Glenn; Solomons (5). 
          
         Chairman Driver reminded all who wished to testify to fill out  
         a witness affirmation form. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 2:20 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
