         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 23, 2000, the House  
         Committee on Constitutional Revision, Select met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Driver, at 10:00 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Driver; Puente; Lewis, Glenn; Mowery;  
                   Solomons; (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Allen; Bailey; Dutton; Tillery (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:36 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned until 10:00 a.m., June 2, 2000.
