Tony Fabelo, Ph.D. gave an overview on Special Needs Parole. Dee Kifowit gave an overview on Special Needs Parole. HB 1315 The chair laid out HB 1315. The chair recognized Representative Glenn O. Lewis to explain the measure. Testimony was taken. (See attached witness list.) The chair recognized Representative Glenn O. Lewis to close on the measure. The bill was left pending without objection. HB 3362 The chair laid out HB 3362. The chair recognized Representative Talton to explain the measure. Testimony was taken. (See attached witness list.) The chair recognized Representative Talton to close on the measure. The bill was left pending without objection. HB 3250 The chair laid out HB 3250 as pending business. Testimony was taken. (See attached witness list.) Representative Ellis, Dan offered a complete committee substitute. The committee substitute was adopted without objection. Representative Ellis, Dan moved that HB 3250, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
