SB 1514 The chair laid out SB 1514 as pending business. Representative Farrar offered an amendment to the measure. The amendment was adopted without objection. Representative Ellis, Dan moved that SB 1514, as amended, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
