         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 16, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Bail  
         Bonds met in a work session and was called to order by the  
         Chair, Representative Keel at 8:50 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Keel; Talton (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Garcia (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The chair laid out the following bills: 
          
         HB 490,  HB 882, HB 883, HB 884, HB 1480, HB 1481, HB 3168, HB  
         3456, and HJR 27. 
          
          The subcommittee discussed the bills.  
          
         At 9:45 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
