Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 1999, the House
Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Ron Lewis at 8:35
am.
The roll was answered as follows:

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure
was reported from committee. The motion to reconsider
prevailed without objection.
Representative Driver now present.
Representative West, George "Buddy" moved that HB 3444, as
amended, be reported favorably to the full house with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion
prevailed by the following vote:
