                                CORRECTED MINUTES 
          
         On April 16, 1999, the House Committee on Environmental  
         Regulation authorized the correction of the minutes for the  
         meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation  
         held on March 8, 1999.  The following are the corrected  
         minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 3, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing  
         and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Warren  
         Chisum at 2:08 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Chisum; Allen; Culberson; Howard;  
                   Kuempel; Palmer; Talton; Zbranek (8). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Dukes (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB 674, HB 1541 & HB 1910 
          
         The chair laid out HB 674, HB 1541, and HB 1910. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Uher to explain HB 1541. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Junell to address the  
         committee on funding issues regarding HB 674, HB 1541, and HB  
         1910. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Gallego to explain HB 674.

         At 6:38 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
