CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 16, 1999, the House Committee on Environmental
Regulation authorized the correction of the minutes for the
meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation
held on April 8, 1999. The following are the corrected
minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 1999, the House
Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing
and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Warren
Chisum at 2:10 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Chisum; Allen; Kuempel; Palmer;
Talton (5).
Absent: Representatives Culberson; Dukes; Howard; Zbranek
(4).
A quorum was present.
HB 3288
The chair laid out HB 3288.
Representative Allen offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Allen moved that HB 3288, as substituted, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on
Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the
following vote:
Ayes: Representatives Chisum; Allen; Kuempel; Palmer;
Talton (5).
Nays: None (0).
